THE LENGTH

Thirty one inches, measured the way it will reach you.

The tail is 85 centimetres before anyone touches it. Wefting takes two to three inches off that, and hair that is worn never hangs the way hair pulled straight does. Most sellers quote the number from before both. This one is quoted from after.

That is the whole of what "measured honestly" means here. It is not a slogan, it is the number.
